The Devil's Pulpit canyon in the Trossachs of Scotland

The Trossachs, Scotland

Bloody Pulpit

Hidden within The Trossachs of Scotland is a mossy gorge known to the locals as The Devil’s Pulpit. It’s called that due to the eerily red water—caused by the red sandstone bedrock—which runs through the deep gorge. The contrast of the red water with the moss-covered walls is a photographer's dream, and it’s one of my all-time favorite locations.
