Osaka Reflections
After a brief half day exploring Osaka (not nearly enough time, by a long shot) we ended the day within the castle grounds. They are immaculately kept, which we’d grown accustomed to throughout Japan, but their size and scale was awe-inspiring. After walking around for a while and shooting from a couple locations, I settled on this spot for sunset. I love the manicured black pines and stone lantern, feeling that they add a lot of ambiance to the castle and setting. Next time I’d love to go in the castle and catch the city view from its towering heights!
